Bridging the Chasm

There is a chasm that exists between any two people, and that chasm is understanding. The chasm perhaps is wider when one of those people is autistic. Whereas one might equate the chasm between two normal people as the Snake River Canyon, it perhaps widens when one is autistic to more resemble the Grand Canyon. My task, as an autistic then, is to help encourage others to find reasons to bridge the Grand Canyon, when they could more easily cross the Snake River for another, as well as the faith to believe that between us, we can.
